More than five years ago I came to a for in the road. And as Robert Frost said, "I took the road less traveled by." ("The Road Not Taken", Robert Frost). I was in a odd mental state and suddenly that desire that had always burned to finish the degree I started eons ago--at eighteen--when most people go to college. I did it, stupidly thinking I could do it all. I could go to school. I could work in my husband's business, I could continue writing books, and I could have a full social life. Yeah! That dream lasted less than a week.

One by one, anything that wasn't school work sort of went by the way side, but I finished my degree in just four semesters.

After two years, getting back into writing was very intimidating. So much so it took me two more to even start.

The author deals with these topics in a realistic manner and with compassion. I really enjoyed reading this book. I would give it more than 5 stars it possible. All the characters were believable and complex. (Via Booksprout)
